Emil Frącz

He is a trainee attorney-at-law specializing in civil law and civil procedure. At DJP he is involved in supporting court proceedings, indluding legal drafting, preparation of pleadings and court documentation.

His professional interests also include employment law, corporate law and broadly understood business law. He places particular emphasis on modern approach to the legal profession, including legal design and ethical standards in the context of the digitalisation of legal services. He graduated in law from the University of Białystok, where he completed his master’s thesis on the protection of personal rights on the internet and in social media.

Outside of work, he is actively engaged in physical activy, particularly strenght training, martial arts and survival/outdoor activities. He i salso passionate about guitar music and alternative culture.
