Collection of difficult debts
Having an enforceable judgment awarding a claim cannot always be considered a victory.
Talk to an expert← Back: DisputesHow we can help
Having an enforceable judgment awarding a claim cannot always be considered a victory. Sometimes obtaining such a judgment is only the beginning of efforts to satisfy a given claim. It often turns out that the debtor has no assets. We help to determine the reasons for this situation and implement measures aimed at recovering such difficult debts.
We monitor the financial situation of debtors on an ongoing basis. We take care to secure the debtor’s assets even before entering into a dispute.
We have the knowledge and experience to analyse documents and information that allow us to locate the debtor’s assets. We develop and implement a litigation strategy aimed at recovering the debt.
Time works against the creditor. We understand this, which is why we act quickly and, if necessary, respond on an ongoing basis to events that are unfavourable from the creditor’s perspective.
