- On 25 March 2024, amendments to certain provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure concerning concurrent interim measures and enforcement entered into force[1].
- The new arrangements can be reduced to several rules:
- concurrent proceedings for interim measures are resolved according to the rules governing concurrent enforcement proceedings;
- enforcement proceedings have a discernible priority over proceedings for interim measures;
- particular forms of concurrence between enforcement and interim measures, whether judicial or administrative, are resolved in the same way as the corresponding forms of concurrence between judicial and administrative enforcement.
- A new provision, Article 9081 of the Code of Civil Procedure, concerns attachment of money held in the Minister of Finance’s deposit account.
