April 2014 – execution of the agreement providing for a purchase of 100% of shares in Gamrat Wykładziny Sp. z o.o.  (one of the main manufacturers of floor-coverings in Poland) by a member of Tarkett group (one of the world-wide leaders in the industry). DJP (a team of lawyers led by advocate Łukasz Doktór) advised the buyer in the transaction.
