Having an enforceable judgment awarding a claim cannot always be considered a victory. Sometimes obtaining such a judgment is only the beginning of efforts to satisfy a given claim. It often turns out that the debtor has no assets. We help to determine the reasons for this situation and implement measures aimed at recovering such difficult debts.

Representation in fraudulent conveyance disputes
We represented one of the largest banks in Poland in a series of fraudulent conveyance proceedings related to the disposal of assets by the bank’s debtors.
Representation in a dispute initiated by a receiver
We represented an entrepreneur with debtor status in a dispute with a bankruptcy receiver for the recognition of an action taken to the detriment of the creditor (bankruptcy estate) as ineffective.
Representation in criminal proceedings for economic crimes
We represented one of the largest banks in Poland as an auxiliary prosecutor in criminal proceedings for acts resulting in the frustration or depletion of creditor satisfaction.
Representation in a dispute against a member of the management board
We represented one of the largest banks in Poland in a dispute against members of the management board of an insolvent debtor who was a client of the bank.
