The Supreme Court issued a decision under which it recognized that the judgment of the Constitutional Tribunal of 15th April 2015 declaring the unconstitutionality of the procedure for issuing BTE does not constitute grounds for reopening proceedings undermining the enforcement of bank enforcement titles.
