Magdalena Kurzawska

In her practice, she deals with comprehensive corporate services for clients, including setting up companies and designing corporate governance, as well as advising on ongoing corporate matters, including share transfers, shareholders’ meetings, and the functioning of management and supervisory boards.

Actively participated in numerous M&A transactions. Has experience in conducting legal due diligence, preparing transaction documentation, managing closing processes, and implementing transaction terms at the corporate level.
Represented clients from banking, insurance, technology sectors, and private equity funds, both on the seller side and for new investors.

Has been cooperating with DJP since 2018.

Graduated in law at the University of Warsaw. Fluent in English.
