to the Code of Civil Procedure concerning concurrent interim measures and enforcement"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>On 25 March 2024, amendments to certain provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure concerning concurrent interim measures and enforcement entered into force<a href=\"#_ftn1\" id=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>The new arrangements can be reduced to several rules:\n<ul>\n<li>concurrent proceedings for interim measures are resolved according to the rules governing concurrent enforcement proceedings;<\/li>\n<li>enforcement proceedings have a discernible priority over proceedings for interim measures;<\/li>\n<li>particular forms of concurrence between enforcement and interim measures, whether judicial or administrative, are resolved in the same way as the corresponding forms of concurrence between judicial and administrative enforcement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>A new provision, Article 908<sup>1<\/sup> of the Code of Civil Procedure, concerns attachment of money held in the Minister of Finance\u2019s deposit account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr\/>\n<p><a href=\"#_ftnref1\" id=\"_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> Act of 9 March 2023 amending the Act on Administrative
