We have participated in numerous processes related to the termination of employment contracts for many companies operating in Poland, including the development of employee selection criteria, the development of justifications for the termination of employment contracts, and the development of settlement models with employees related to agreements on the termination of employment.

We have participated in the management of crisis situations – we have prepared numerous disciplinary dismissals for entities from various industries. We have assessed events justifying termination of contracts without notice. We have negotiated settlements with employees.

Development of contract standards

We developed, among other things, standard employment contracts for the Polish branch of an international bank, for a manufacturing company (for blue collar workers), and for a technology company (for IT specialists) and for subsidiaries of a capital fund.

Support for managers

We assisted senior managers in negotiating and concluding employment contracts and management contracts. We negotiated specific terms and conditions of employment. We reviewed the terms and conditions of managers’ participation in employment-related incentive programs.
