We represented a leading provider of telematics services on the Polish market in a transaction involving the securing of a financial investor, followed by the acquisition of a competitor and, ultimately, the sale of the provider to a foreign industry investor.
Acquisition of an IT company
We represented a French IT consulting and service company in the acquisition of shares in a leading Polish Salesforce partner, also operating in Germany and Sweden, and assisted in the implementation of a management option programe.
Representation of a financial investor
We represented a Polish bank in a series of transactions involving financial investments in entities from the medical analysis, car body and pharmacy chain industries, including the acquisition or subscription of shares and bonds convertible into shares.
