Strategic agreements for a telematics company
For many years, we prepared and negotiated strategic agreements for a leading telematics service provider in Poland, concerning, among other things, partnership programmes and the distribution of our client’s services.
Agreement for the supply of missile systems
On behalf of a foreign manufacturer, we negotiated an agreement for the supply of modern missile systems to the Polish Army for the defence of the Polish coast.
Standards and templates for clients from various industries
We created or reviewed standards and templates for the most demanding clients, including verifying and improving agency agreement templates for a large Polish bank, developing distribution and publishing standard agreements for a computer game publisher, and creating general terms and conditions for a company conducting the largest readership research in Poland.
Operator agreement
We have drafted an operator agreement for the management of a centre offering workshop space for STEAM methodology, verified a related consortium agreement and conducted negotiations on these documents.
Prepaid payment card agreement
We represented one of the largest Polish banks in negotiations related to a tripartite agreement concerning prepaid payment cards for employees of a retail chain.
