Representation of financial institutions in disputes with agents
We have repeatedly represented Polish banks and other financial institutions in disputes with agents – entrepreneurs running bank branches, as well as in mediations and settlement negotiations in the context of agency agreements. We have acted at all stages of such disputes, both out of court and before courts of all instances, the Supreme Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
